Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on wire racks.

Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in the egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set. Allow to cool before serving.

Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.

Coat and Bake
In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough into balls and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on greased baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
