Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a martini coupe and dip it into salt to create a salted rim.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Patrón Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice, and Cointreau.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini coupe.

Add the Float
Carefully float the Grand Marnier on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
