Mini Turtle Brownies

    Prepare the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    Melt Butter

    In a saucepan, melt the 1 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.

    Mix Sugars

    Once melted, remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar until well combined.

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

    Add the 4 eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract to the mixture, whisking until smooth.

    Combine Dry Ingredients

    In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of cocoa powder. Gradually fold this mixture into the wet ingredients.

    Add Chocolate Chips

    Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

    Bake the Brownies

    Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Once cooled, drizzle 1 cup of caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with 1 cup of chopped pecans before cutting into squares.

Fruit Filled Cobbler Bars

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 0.5 tsp of salt.

    Cut in 0.5 cup of unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 0.5 cup of milk until just combined.

    In another bowl, toss 2 cups of your chosen fruit with 1 tsp of cinnamon.

    Spread half of the batter into the greased baking dish, layer the fruit mixture over it, and then spread the remaining batter on top.

Lemon Bars

    In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 0.5 cup of granulated sugar, and 0.5 cup of unsalted butter until crumbly.

    Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 0.5 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of lemon zest.

    Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour to the lemon mixture, whisk until smooth.
