Preparation of Orzo

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. This should take about 8-10 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the orzo using a colander and set aside.
Making the Cheese Sauce

Add Milk and Cheeses
Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the milk, mascarpone cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the cheese sauce, stirring well to combine.
Combining Ingredients

Add Orzo and Lobster
Gently fold the cooked orzo and chopped lobster meat into the cheese sauce. Stir until everything is well coated.

Add the sweet peas to the orzo mixture and stir to combine. Cook on low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until the peas are heated through.
