For Dried Cherry & Sugared Pecan Goat Cheese Torte

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.

Shape the Torte
Transfer the cheese mixture to a plastic wrap-lined bowl or mold. Press down gently to shape it, then cover with the plastic wrap.

Chill
Refrigerate the torte for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to firm up.

Serve
Carefully unmold the torte onto a serving platter. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
For Sun-dried Tomato, Pesto & Goat Cheese Torte

Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
