For Dried Cherry & Sugared Pecan Goat Cheese Torte

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture

    In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.

    Add Flavorings

    Mix in the dried cherries, sugared pecans, fresh herbs, honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Shape the Torte

    Transfer the cheese mixture to a plastic wrap-lined bowl or mold. Press down gently to shape it, then cover with the plastic wrap.

    Chill

    Refrigerate the torte for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to firm up.

    Carefully unmold the torte onto a serving platter. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
