Season and Roast Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil and then coat it with the spice mixture. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the fresh orange juice, sliced fennel, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the fennel is tender and the glaze has thickened slightly.
Plate the Dish

Serve
On a plate, place the grilled filet mignon and roasted salmon side by side. Drizzle the orange fennel glaze over both proteins. Garnish with additional fennel fronds if desired.
