Chicken Patty Preparation
- 1
Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and the egg. Mix until fully combined.
- 2
Form Patties
Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3
Cook Patties
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Buns
While the patties are cooking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the slider buns in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- 5
Add Sauce
Spread a tablespoon of marinara sauce on each bottom half of the slider buns.
- 6
Assemble Sliders
Once the patties are cooked, place one patty on top of each bun with sauce. Top each patty with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and a few fresh basil leaves.
- 7
Bake Sliders
Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the assembled sliders. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
