Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450°F (232°C).

Place the seasoned filet on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

Remove the filet from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese, shredded Gouda cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
