Cut the top off the fresh pineapple and carefully hollow out the inside, leaving the walls intact for serving. Set aside the pineapple flesh for later use.

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut cream, diced pineapple, white rum, dark rum, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
