Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

2

Season the Ribs

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs until evenly coated.

3

Wrap and Bake

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

4

Grilling

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

5

Apply BBQ Sauce

Brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the ribs and place them on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, caramelizing the sauce.

6

Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill, allow them to rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
