Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Rub the marinade all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

  4. 4

    Brown the Ribs

In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated ribs on all sides until browned.

  5. 5

    Bake the Ribs

Transfer the browned ribs to a baking dish. Pour the beef broth over the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
