Marinate the Ribs
Rub the marinade all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Brown the Ribs
In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated ribs on all sides until browned.

Bake the Ribs
Transfer the browned ribs to a baking dish. Pour the beef broth over the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
