Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll Out the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece thinly using a pasta machine or rolling pin, dusting with flour as needed to prevent sticking.

Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for 4-5 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and chopped herbs. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss the cooked ravioli gently in the sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan and herbs if desired.
