Ribeye Steak

Loaded Baked Potato

Method

Cooking the Ribeye

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the ribeye from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Place the ribeye on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preparing Loaded Baked Potato

  1. 3

    Bake the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Scrub the russet potatoes under running water, pierce them with a fork, and rub with olive oil and salt. Bake directly on the oven rack for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

  2. 4

    Load the Potatoes

Once baked, slice the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork. Add butter, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, and bacon bits to taste.

Cooking the Broccoli

  1. 5

    Prepare and Cook Broccoli

While the potatoes are baking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
