Directions

  1. 1

    Brew the Tea

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.

  2. 2

    Mix the Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, pineapple juice, mango juice, lime juice, and honey or sugar. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

  3. 3

    Add Fresh Mint

Gently bruise the fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the iced tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh fruit slices and additional mint leaves if desired.
