Method

Escargot Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  2. 2

    Stuff the Escargot

Place the escargot in individual escargot dishes or a baking dish. Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each escargot, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Escargot

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the stuffed escargot for about 15-20 minutes, until the butter is bubbling and the tops are golden brown.

Garlic Bread Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Garlic Butter Spread

In a small bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a garlic butter spread.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the baguette.

  3. 6

    Toast the Garlic Bread

Place the prepared baguette halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Toast them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden.
