Preparing the Crab

    Boiling the Crab

    In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of salt.

    Cooking the Crab

    Carefully add the King Crab legs to the boiling water. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

    Chilling the Crab

    Remove the crab legs from the pot and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 10 minutes.

Making the Cocktail Sauce

    Mixing the Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

    Adding Hot Sauce

    Stir in hot sauce to taste until the desired level of spiciness is achieved.

    Chill the Sauce

    Refrigerate the cocktail sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Serving

    Arrange the chilled King Crab legs on a serving platter and serve with the chilled cocktail sauce on the side.
