Prepare the Glass
Start by filling a copper mug or a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Santo Mezquila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of passionfruit puree. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake Well
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix the ingredients thoroughly and chill the mixture.

Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour 4 oz of ginger beer over the mixed ingredients in the glass, filling it to the top.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
