Crab Cocktail Preparation

1

Prepare the Truffle-Dijon Aioli

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the truffle oil, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Lump Crab

In a separate bowl, gently fold in the lump crab meat. Be careful not to break apart the lumps too much. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.

3

Assemble the Cocktail

In a serving dish or individual cocktail glasses, layer the lump crab mixture at the bottom. Drizzle the prepared truffle-Dijon aioli over the crab.

4

Add the Cocktail Sauce

Spoon the house-made cocktail sauce generously over the top of the crab and aioli mixture.

5

Garnish

Garnish the dish with fresh lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty flavor.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while chilled. Enjoy your delicious crab cocktail!
