APPETIZER SPECIAL

Method

APPETIZER SPECIAL

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Begin by cutting the chicken breast fillets into strips, about 1 inch wide. This will ensure they cook evenly and are easy to handle.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, set up your breading station: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Take a chicken strip and dip it into the flour, coating it evenly. Shake off any excess flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere well. Repeat this process for all chicken strips.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large frying pan or skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. To test if the oil is hot enough, drop a small piece of bread into the oil; if it sizzles immediately, the oil is ready.

  5. 5

    Fry the Chicken Tenders

Carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your pan.

  6. 6

    Drain and Serve

Once the chicken tenders are golden brown, remove them from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
