Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs, pressing to adhere.

Cooking the Chicken

  1. 4

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.

  2. 5

    Fry Chicken

Carefully place the breaded chicken in the skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce

  1. 6

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, add the tomato sauce, minced garlic, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Assemble the Wrap

  1. 7

    Assemble the Ingredients

On each tortilla or wrap, place a piece of the fried chicken, a generous amount of tomato sauce, and slices of Brie cheese.

  2. 8

    Add Garnish

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top, then roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.

Prepare French Fries

  1. 9

    Cook French Fries

Prepare French fries according to package instructions, or fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy.
