Prepare the Seafood
Rinse the shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster, and scallops under cold water. Ensure all seafood is cleaned properly and set aside.

Cooking the Sauce

For Tomato Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.

Add Tomatoes
Add the diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using). Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

Add Cilantro and Coconut Milk
Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, and coconut milk to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cooking the Seafood

Combine Seafood with Sauce
Add the prepared seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster, and scallops) to the skillet with the tomato sauce or green sauce. Stir gently to coat the seafood in the sauce.

Cook the Seafood
Cover the skillet and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
