Prepare the Base
In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add Garlic and Peppers
Stir in the minced garlic and chopped red bell pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender.

Incorporate Tomatoes
Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3 minutes until they have softened.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the long-grain rice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Add Chicken Broth
Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover the skillet.
