Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
