Preparation
1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
2. Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken strip first in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with bread crumbs.
3. Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the Chicken Strips
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve
Serve the chicken strips hot with fries and a beverage of your choice.
