Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 4
Bake the Salmon
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the baking sheet. Reserve the marinade for basting. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the salmon from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve warm.
