Prepare the Crab Claws
Rinse the crab claws under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Make the Breading
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Crab Claws
Carefully add the coated crab claws to the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve
Remove the fried crab claws from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with the spicy cocktail sauce made by mixing horseradish sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce to taste.
