Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 2
Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with Italian breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4
Bake the Chicken
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish. Top each piece with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- 5
Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 6
Serve
Plate the spaghetti and top with additional marinara sauce. Serve the chicken parmesan on the side or over the spaghetti.
