Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

  3. 3

    Grill the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on the grill, bone side down. Grill the ribs for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes, until the meat is tender and has a nice char.

  4. 4

    Baste with BBQ Sauce

During the last 15-20 minutes of grilling, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce, allowing it to caramelize slightly on the meat.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
