Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ham

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the spiral-cut ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

  2. 2

    Make the Glaze

In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, apple cider vinegar, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.

  3. 3

    Glaze the Ham

Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get it into the cuts. Reserve the other half for later.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ham

Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until heated through (internal temperature should reach 140°F/60°C).

  5. 5

    Finish the Glaze

Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Brush the remaining glaze over the ham during this time, allowing it to caramelize slightly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
