Cook the Linguini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Vegetables
Stir in the asparagus and sundried tomatoes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the asparagus is tender.

Combine with Marinara
Pour in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Mix with Pasta
Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Allow to cook for an additional minute to heat through.

Serve
Remove from heat and plate the pasta. Top with shaved ricotta cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
