Preparation of Mushrooms

Clean the Mushrooms
Gently wipe the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Making the Filling

Mix the Filling Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Mushroom Caps
Drizzle olive oil over the mushroom caps and lightly coat them on both sides.
Stuffing and Baking

Stuff the Mushrooms
Spoon the cheese filling into each mushroom cap, generously filling them to the top.

Arrange and Bake
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
