Prepare the Fries

Heat Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add a handful of soaked potatoes to the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Season Fries
While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat.

Assemble the Topping
Slice the grilled Wagyu steak into thin strips. On a serving platter, layer the crispy fries, then top with sautéed vegetables, followed by slices of white American cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly from the heat of the fries and vegetables.
