Method

For the Breakfast Croissant Sandwich

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Once done, remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess fat. Chop the bacon into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula until the eggs are cooked through and slightly creamy. Add the cheddar cheese and mix well until melted.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the croissants in half and layer the scrambled eggs on the bottom half. Top with chopped bacon and cover with the other half of the croissant.

For the Cajun Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the frozen fries package instructions. In a large bowl, toss the frozen fries with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake according to package instructions or until golden brown and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
