Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Slice the sub sandwich roll in half lengthwise, ensuring not to cut all the way through. This will create a pocket to hold all the delicious fillings.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 2

    Layer the Ingredients

Begin by layering the slow-roasted turkey breast evenly on the bottom half of the sandwich roll. Use approximately 4 oz of turkey per sandwich.

  2. 3

    Add Cranberry Sauce

Spread 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce over the turkey, allowing it to drape over the edges for added flavor.

  3. 4

    Add Stuffing

Spoon 1 cup of handmade stuffing on top of the cranberry sauce, ensuring it is evenly distributed for balanced bites.

  4. 5

    Spread Mayonnaise

On the top half of the sandwich roll, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. This will add creaminess to the sandwich.

Finishing Touches

  1. 6

    Add Optional Garnish

If desired, layer 2 leaves of lettuce and 2 slices of tomato on top of the stuffing before closing the sandwich.

  2. 7

    Close the Sandwich

Carefully place the top half of the sandwich roll over the fillings to complete The Bobbie®.

Serving

  1. 8

    Slice and Serve

Slice the sandwich in half for easier handling. Serve immediately and enjoy your Thanksgiving feast in every bite!
