American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

Method

American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wagyu

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest.

  2. 2

    Make the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the slaw is evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sub

Slice the sub rolls in half. Layer the cooked Wagyu beef and slaw mixture onto the bottom half of each roll. Add pickles if desired, then close the sandwiches.

American Wagyu Roast Beef

  1. 4

    Prepare the Roast Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season the American Wagyu roast beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sear on all sides until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sub

Slice the sub rolls in half. Layer the roasted red peppers and slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll. Slice the cooked Wagyu roast beef thinly and layer on top. Close the sandwiches.
