Milk Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of whole milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tbs of sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a glass and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Boil 4 cups of water and remove from heat. Add 4 black tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes.
