Preparing the Fries

Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Cook the Fries
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for the time specified on the package, usually around 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Toss them halfway through cooking for even crispiness.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, sliced mushrooms, and diced sweet peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

Layer the Ingredients
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and layer the sautéed plant-based beef and vegetable mixture over the fries evenly.

Sprinkle the white American cheese over the top of the loaded fries. Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
