Method

For Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside on a plate.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  5. 5

    Fry the Chicken Tenders

Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

For Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick).

  2. 7

    Soak the Potatoes

Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

  3. 8

    Heat the Oil

In a separate deep skillet or frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  4. 9

    Fry the Fries

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 3-4 minutes until they turn crispy and golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil and season with salt.
