Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Salad Base
In a large serving tray, layer the mixed greens evenly as the base for the party tray.
- 3
Add Toppings
Evenly distribute the diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, and crispy cheddar onions over the mixed greens.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Tray
Slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips and place them on top of the mixed greens and toppings.
- 5
Add BBQ Sauce
Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the chicken and the salad, ensuring an even distribution.
- 6
Serve with Dressing
Serve the chipotle ranch dressing on the side or drizzle it over the assembled tray just before serving.
