Dice the medium tomato, slice the bell pepper, onion, and olives, and thinly slice the Grecian gyros.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) to ensure the pizza cooks evenly and the cheese melts perfectly.
Assemble the Pizza

Layer the Ingredients
On the Mediterranean flat bread crust, evenly spread the sliced Grecian gyros across the surface. Top with the diced tomatoes, sliced olives, bell peppers, and onions.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the assembled toppings.
Bake the Pizza

Place the assembled pizza on a baking tray and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
