Add Coffee Grounds
Add 2 tablespoons of Greek coffee grounds to the water in the briki.
- 3
Sweeten
Add sugar to taste (typically 1-2 teaspoons) into the briki with the coffee and water mixture.

Boil
Place the briki over low heat and allow the mixture to slowly come to a boil. Do not stir after adding the coffee.

Pour the coffee into small cups, allowing the grounds to settle at the bottom. Do not stir after pouring.
