Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the mushroom soju, Aperol, All Points West Rye, and Amaro Nonino.

Add Bitters and Ice
Add the ginger bitters and fill the shaker with ice. Seal the shaker tightly.

Shake it Up
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

If desired, garnish with a piece of mushroom.
