Chilcano Mule Instructions
1. Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Mix the Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of pisco and 1 oz of key lime juice over the ice.
3. Add Ginger Beer
Top off the drink with 4 oz of ginger beer.
4. Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
5. Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
6. Serve
