Directions
- 1
Prepare the Limes
Wash the limes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- 2
Blend the Ingredients
Cut the limes into quarters without peeling them. Place the lime quarters, sweetened condensed milk, and water into a blender.
- 3
Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Make sure the limes are well blended into the liquid.
- 4
Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a large pitcher to remove the pulp and seeds. Use a spoon to press down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
- 5
Sweeten to Taste
Taste the lemonade and add sugar as needed, stirring until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- 6
Serve the Lemonade
Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into glasses. Pour the strained lemonade over the ice and serve immediately.
