Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Pancakes

In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water. Stir until just combined. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter. Pour batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook Hash Browns

In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add hash browns. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Cook Bacon and Ham

In the same skillet, add bacon strips and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the remaining grease, add diced ham and sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  4. 4

    Cook Eggs

In the skillet, crack two eggs and cook to your preference (sunny-side up or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Assemble The Stack

On a plate, layer the hash browns, then add the cooked ham, followed by the crispy bacon. Top with Swiss and American cheese, and finish with the cooked eggs. Serve with pancakes on the side.
