Preparation
Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, gently combine raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Add granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until the berries are well coated. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the juices to release.
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Pie Crust
Roll out your pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim the edges as necessary.
Assemble the Pie
Pour the berry filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake the Pie
Cover the pie with a second crust or a lattice top. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Cool and Serve
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
