Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a little vegetable oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook to your desired doneness (about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove from the skillet and let rest.

  2. 2

    Make Garlic Butter

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic, cooking until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook Hash Browns

In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary and cook the hash browns according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, add a little butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).

  5. 5

    Prepare Pancakes

In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water or milk as per package instructions. Pour batter onto a hot griddle and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Plate the Dish

Slice the steak and place it on a plate. Add the hash browns, fried eggs, and pancakes. Drizzle garlic butter over the steak and serve immediately.
