Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Season the beef long ribs generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 6-8 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 203°F (95°C) and are tender.

  3. 3

    Make the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine tabasco sauce, molasses, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well combined and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Glaze the Ribs

During the last hour of smoking, brush the ribs with the prepared BBQ sauce every 20 minutes for a nice glaze.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once done, remove the ribs from the smoker, let them rest for 15 minutes, then slice and serve with additional BBQ sauce.
