Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausages

While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. 3

    Make the Mash

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Onion Gravy

In the same skillet used for the sausages, add chopped onion and cook until softened. Pour in the prepared gravy and simmer for a few minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Spoon the mashed potatoes onto plates, top with sausages, and drizzle with onion gravy. Enjoy!
