Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- 2
Coat the Wings
Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully place the wings in the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce and mix well.
- 6
Toss the Wings in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken wings with the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
- 7
Serve with Carrots
Cut the carrots into sticks and serve alongside the chicken wings.
